I suffer from spinal hernia and have a constant lumbar / lower back pain. Since I have a history of back problems, I have tried a lot of products for low back pain.
With this product I can finally sleep without having to wake up in the middle of the night because of back pains. I put it on when I go to bed. While sleeping it turns around my waist and lands on the stomach or on the back, as if it knows where it is needed the most.
Now that I have tried out this product, I can't live without it. It just works. I highly recommend this product who have the same problems as me or have a really sore back pain. 5 stars!!!

My back always hurts, especially when I wake up in the morning and after I’ve been sitting at my desk for several hours, even if I get up to take walks throughout the day -- the middle of my back, my shoulders and neck are always stiff and knotted. I went to the ergonomics department at work and got set up with the whole nine yards, but I was still not feeling better. And, my home office doesn’t have all that fancy furniture and equipment. Wow this thing really helps!! I have had achiness in my back for a couple months now and my friend recommended the Back Relief Guru. This pillow is incredible! I have arthritis in my back and was having a lot of pain throughout the night.
